• This iconic image features a beautiful, majestic elephant walking across the grassy plains with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.

  The African elephant population dropped dramatically over the past century, from several million at the turn of the 20th century to less than 500,000 today. As a result, they have been listed as Vulnerable by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.

  With its three volcanic cones, "Kibo", "Mawenzi", and "Shira",   Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcano in Tanzania. It is the highest mountain in Africa, about 4,900 metres from its base, and 5,895 metres above sea level

  All images arrive ready to frame. This includes the image on a ridged foam backer and a white mat that adds a border (2 inches on every side) to the actual image size. You may choose to use this mat or your framer may substitute with mats of different colours.

  Properly framed, you will be able to hand these prints down for many generations and they will look as good as new!
